Writer’s Bump

Since I started using computers, I write less and less.  I normally, will just pull up notepad or my post-it program on the desktop and type away.  The only time that I needed to write is to sign documents.  However,  I have noticed though that my penmanship is getting worst and it feels like I forgot how to write.  I bet my calligraphy teacher will not be thrilled about it.

I remember when I used to have that student kalyo.  You know..that callus on the middle finger that you get from too much writing.    As a student then, writing is very essential to me.  I write to answer tests, take down notes and even to communicate with my seatmates without disturbing the whole class.

Now that I have been ‘writing’ on my blog, I have included the old school of writing.  When I have an idea or thought, I write it first in my idea book.  It is an extra step but I don’t mind doing it.  I’m beginning to have that kalyo again but it is now referred to as a writer’s bump (the husband’s idea).
