Birthday Party
Don’t get the title fool you. Its not my or the Husband’s birthday. Its just that every time that we cook spaghetti and cake, I always tell him that it feels like a birthday party. You see, all of the birthday parties in the Philippines doesn’t seem complete without those two. The Husband told me its a catholic thing. So perhaps even the non-catholics just adopted it then.
Its quite a breeze to have a “birthday party”. Everything is pretty much ready made. I think the hardest is the cooking of the pasta noodles but the rest is quite easy. Just pour the ready-made sauce (from the bottle) to a sauce pan and heat it with the pre-cooked meatballs. As for the cake, just mix all the ingredients specified on the box and bake it for 30 mins. There are also pre-made frostings available on stores.
Gotta go now, need to frost my cake.
