Meet Bruno

We decided to keep one of the kittens and I was tasked to select which one. I hate playing favorites because they are dear to me but I cannot keep them all. I actually want to keep the mommy kitten but she’s destroying the house. I was undecided for the longest time until one of them chose us. He started purring one day when I held him. It was like he’s telling me to adopt him. It was the first time I heard this particular kitten to purr and so far none of his siblings purr even now. He stays inside the house while the rest of kitten are now outside. We placed them on a make-shift home that will keep them warm and dry outside.

As for the name, I could not think of any and I just thought of Bruno because it sounds so masculine unless you equate it with Sacha Baren Cohen’s film. Hehe. To be honest, I’m not even sure if we can keep him as well because of allergy issues. Even if the treatment for asthma is not as expensive as the treatments for Mesothelioma, it can still bore a hole in our torn wallet. We’ll see how it goes. Hopefully, he will be ok as he is getting more adorable each passing day.

Note:  It was a little bit difficult to take some pics of this little boy.  He likes attacking my hand, for one thing but he’s all over the place – such a hyperactive kitten!
