Tonight is the Night

Earlier today, I accompanied the husband to his designated voting precinct.  There was a continuous flow of people coming in and out of the place.   Since we live in a small town, there were no long lines.  It only took him 15 minutes to vote.

Voting polls are already closed here in Florida.  We will be finding out our next President soon.  I’m quite nervous and excited at the same time.  I hope my chosen candidate will win.  I’d rather not share who that is though because I didn’t vote.  I can’t vote yet in case you are wondering.  More than wanting to have a particular candidate to win, I hope who ever win in this election, create good jobs and end the unnecessary war.
