Reunited
And it feels so good! Yay! Timmy went home today. I’m so glad he’s safe. I was so worried about him. I hurriedly fed him and gave him water. He ate a lot and he got lots of hugs from mommy of course. ;) I’m so happy to see him and so is the Husband. We were all smiles today.

Weather and Pets
It was quite cold last night. We had to leave the heater on to keep ourselves warm. Nearly as freezing point that the stagnant water in the truck turned into ice. Our tabby Toby kept himself warm all night but laying real close to me. :) He just fulfilled my dream of having a pet sleeping right next to me. Hehe. When i got out today even if the sun is blazing, the breeze is still so cold. I’m quite worried about our outdoor cat. I haven’t seen him all day yesterday and today. I’m getting worried. I might look for him in the woods if I have to.
WW - Where are you, little one?

Animalandia
Although I’m not a hunter, I like it when I see wild animals around the area with the exception of the snake. Hehe. Since its getting colder, I can see more deers now but the sighting that I would never forget is that of the panther. We came from the beach and on our way back, I saw it crossing the street. Too bad I don’t have Nikon binoculars, I could have observed it longer. I cannot hurt an animal with the exception of insects. I’m not vegetarian though because I love bacon too much. Hehe.
Caught in the Act
To amuse ourselves, the Husband and I set a trap at the back of the house. Just in case you are wondering how “wild” our backyard is, different kinds of birds lurk there like blue jays, cardinals and even hawks. Yes, we live near the woods but we are no Robinhoods. In fact, I’m quite scared going to the woods alone because of snakes and spiders. We set the trap to see what other animals live there and then observe them (much like a science project) and then let them go.
Our first catch is a possum. The Husband kept on saying “not again” because the last time we set the trap we caught a possum too and it might be the same one as well. It is quite ugly and for me it looks like a big rat. Although, possums don’t attack unless provoked. It just kept on growling the whole time but never threatened to attack. .We left him loose soon after. We are hoping to catch a raccoon though since I have never seen one up close. I only saw a raccoon once when it crossed the street but that’s it. The next day, we set the trap again and hoping that it would not be another possum. Well, well, well, guess what we caught this time…Its a raccoon!
Cat Walk

How was your halloween peeps? As for me and the Husband, we stayed inside, ate popcorn and watched “The Others”. It was cold last night which makes it more condusive for sleeping. Before falling asleep though, the Husband said that he wonders where our tuxedo cat go to every night. I told him that he is probably out hunting since he is a wild cat after all. Then, the Husband have this crazy idea of following the cat in the woods which of course I opposed. hehe. I have thought of putting a cat cam on Timmy (the cat) though. It will be interesting to see pictures of places and things he visits at night.
The Cat and his Pumpkin
I’m joining Vhiel’s Halloween Blog Party and this is my take on the “Trickout Photo”. The moment the store started selling pumpkins which is as early as September, the Husband bought me my very first pumpkin. After carving it, he put a candle inside and lit it up. We placed this midget pumpkin on a side table in our office area. Our tabby cat sat right next to it so I immediately snap a pic to capture that “moment”.
