Just Because

There was no occasion but the Husband surprised me yesterday with roses and a card. He said it is his way of telling me that he appreciates me.  Awww, so sweet.  I guess he is making up for those times that we were apart.  Thanks mahal!

100 Days

Today marks our 100th day as husband and wife. I cherish each day that we are together. Everyday is still a bliss for me even during tough times. Since I cannot come up with 100 ways to say I love you, I put up this 100 faces that I love about him.  I’m looking forward for hundreds more! :)

I Miss My Danda

Last night while I was dozing off to sleep, I can hear my hunny’s cat Toby running around the room and going up and down the bed a couple of times.  He is so fat that you can hear all his moves.  I think he’s just about a size of a small breed dog.  I then start to remember Chloe from way back home.  She’ s such a beauty and I love her sooo much.  I couldn’t help but cry and remember my little darling.  I didn’t say goodbye to her when I left because I don’t think I can bear looking at her eyes.  You know, she’s  not good at goodbyes.  Every time I tell her goodbye, she will run towards me as if telling me to take her with me.  She will also go up in the chair or table - looking out at the window as I leave.  On that day when I really have to go and there’s no exact date when I will be coming back (mostly years), I did not say goodbye to her.  I miss her soo much.  I’m sure she’s well take cared of.  My mom told me that her babies are cuter than ever and they can walk now.  I’m happy to hear that.  I hope to see her soon - alive and healthy.  Mommy loves Klaw-Klaw.

Happy Valentine’s Day

After a very tiring yet unfruitful day yesterday, I woke up early with a bad case of allergies. Dusts and smoke belching buses and jeepneys yesterday should be blamed. Anyway, I was supposed to go to work but this irritating allergies keep on bothering me so once again, I was absent. Not very surprising though for my team mates, I’m sure but that’s another story.
